I think buying a car can be an ordeal but I appreciated these folks. Looked at it online and went in the following day and it was ready to go! Paperwork always take time but I appreciated their efforts to give us all we asked for! Had a great experience!!
I recently bought my first car, and it was a really wonderful experience. Mr. Jerry took great care of me. He was patient, encouraging, and eager to help me find the perfect vehicle! Matt was awesome and helped me get a fantastic deal on my car. I took my new car into Quick Lane, and I will be getting my car serviced there for all future needs. Tim was so helpful and honest about the services Quick Lane provided. All in all, my first car buying experience with College Station Ford was great! I will be a returning customer. Thank you all!

Spent my day today at the Ford Dealership and left with a brand new vehicle. I think I hit the jackpot when I landed Kenneth Robinson as my sales guy. He made the process worth the time and effort that went into it. He ensured that I ended up with the best deal possible and had my back to make sure thing went in my favor. I WOULD definitely recommend that if you are on the lookout for a new ride that you go and see him first!!!

CSF put me in a loaner vehicle after my 2017 GT350 blew up. They didn't have to but did because they knew it was the right decision to make a really bad event tolerable. They went way above and beyond expectations. Thank you very much!!
Folks, it doesn't get any better than this. My 2017 GT350 blew up (literally) and College Station Ford was the nearest dealer. Upon arrival the Service Department jumped through hoops to assist me in getting settled in to what I was presuming would be a long, tedious session with Ford Customer Service in order to get back to Austin, my home. Twenty minutes into my telephone call they told me they had made arrangements to put me in a loaner vehicle so I could get home. What a relief! I have since found out CSF did this on their own undertaking. They realized what a crappy day I was having and made it more tolerable by taking the stress of dealing with Ford CS out of the equation. They have continued to work steadfastly with me by providing Ford Motor Company with everything they have required so a decision could be made on fix or total my GT350. We purchased a new vehicle in August 2016 and had the best salesman - Steven Wiley. We were just browsing at vehicles that day and had absolutely no intention of buying because we knew no one could make our payments where we needed them to be on a NEW vehicle with trading in something with negative equity. Needless to say, Steven did what he does best and made it happen. I would recommend him in a heartbeat and will definitely be a returning customer in the future.UPDATE:Today, 06/26/16, I visited the Quick Lane for an oil change and a possible battery issue. Tim Hairston went above and beyond, just as he did my first visit there months ago. He knows his stuff, and no matter how busy they are he takes the time to talk with you about what's going on and more. There were about 15 people waiting today, and I always felt first. And I know the other folks who had Tim felt that way as well. The customer service he provides is really extraordinary. Because of him, I will be a returning customer always.
